Founded by Frank De Izaguirre, we began by shaping luxury pools that set new standards in design and quality, and we have held to that ethos through every decade since, culminating in our recognition as a member of the Master Pools Guild.

A member of the prestigious Master Pools Guild, Frank's dual expertise in design and construction places him among South Florida's elite commercial pool contractors. Recognized for his contributions to the industry, he oversees Pool Tech's project portfolio, ensuring operational excellence from supply-chain management to staffing.

Nelson Salazar
Nelson oversees the full lifecycle of commercial and residential pool projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Drawing on years of construction and inspection experience, he leads workflow, quality control, and supply-chain management.
