Luxury residential, Miami-Dade to Key West
Luxury residential pool design and construction
Full-service design and construction for homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and The Keys, from the first consultation through the last tile.
One team, from the first consultation to the last tile
Luxury residential work at Pool Tech is a full-service design process: the same team works with you from consultation through construction, for homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and The Keys.
A single team matters because a pool is decided in layers: where it sits against the house, how the yard slopes, what the structure must carry, which finish will read well in Florida light. When designers and builders are the same people, those answers arrive together instead of passing between trades. Olympus Construction's Jorge Munilla describes the result as dedication from the initial conceptualization to the final execution.
The Pinecrest office, reachable at 305.226.7510, is where a consultation begins. From there the property, the family and the pool are drawn as one project.

Classic, geometric or freeform: the shape is the first decision
Pool Tech's residential shapes are Classic & Straight Line, Roman & Geometric and Freeform. They are less like styles to browse than decisions about how the water meets the house.
A Classic & Straight Line pool takes its edges from the architecture, so its lines continue the walls and terrace around it. Roman & Geometric brings symmetry and formal proportion to a garden. Freeform lets the outline follow the planting and the lot instead of the house.
The Master Pools Guild 2018 Silver Residential Geometric Pool Award is among the recognitions Pool Tech lists, and the Gables Estates Residence in Coral Gables, with a raised spa on a stone deck, shows a residential pool built around its setting.
Spa, deck and outdoor living, planned with the pool
Spas, Deck and Outdoor living area are written into the same plan as the pool, not added after the water is in. A spa raised above the pool changes where the deck steps; a deck sets how a family moves between water, shade and the house.
Planning them together keeps levels, materials and drainage consistent across the whole yard. At the Key Biscayne Residence, glass tile and a teak deck frame an infinity edge facing Biscayne Bay; at the South Miami Residence, a teak deck pavilion sits beside the pool of a modern two-storey house.
